A site that looks like your work
Designed around what you actually sell — your projects, your finishes, your standards. Not a template with your logo dropped into it.
Websites for UAE businesses · English + Arabic · Remote
I build fast, bilingual websites for UAE business owners whose current site doesn't come close to the quality of their actual work. Fixed price, agreed in writing. Live in two weeks. And you deal with me — not an account manager.
No call. No pitch. A 3-minute video in your inbox, within 24 hours.
If two or three of these land, your website isn't neutral — it's actively working against you.
You've quietly stopped sending people the link. You'd rather attach a PDF or a few photos to an email.
It crawls on a phone — and nearly every serious enquiry you get arrives from a phone.
Nobody finds you on Google unless they already know your exact company name.
The Arabic version is machine-translated, and your local clients notice before you do.
People visit, then nothing happens. No enquiries, no calls, nothing in your inbox. Just silence.
The last agency took four months, invoiced you twice, and then stopped answering.
Meanwhile the competitor with half your quality of work looks twice as established online. That's the whole problem — and it's fixable.
Not a template report. I open your site, record my screen, and talk through what I'd change and why — in the order that matters.
One email. Your website address, and what you actually sell. That's it.
Screen recording, my voice. Speed, mobile, Google, Arabic, and why nobody is contacting you.
In your inbox within 24 hours. Fix it yourself, forward it to your developer, or ask me to. No obligation either way.
Free. I take a handful a week so each one is actually useful.
Not a list of services. This is what's included in a build, every time.
Designed around what you actually sell — your projects, your finishes, your standards. Not a template with your logo dropped into it.
Arabic is my first language. Proper right-to-left layout, real Arabic typography, and copy written in the formal Arabic UAE businesses actually use in writing — not a translation plugin. Your Emirati and Saudi clients can tell the difference instantly.
Every page makes it effortless to get in touch, and every enquiry lands in your inbox properly formatted — name, company, budget, what they need — so you can quote without a chain of follow-up questions.
Under one second on 4G, not just on your office fibre. Because that's the device your next client is actually holding.
Structured for the phrases your buyers type — service plus emirate — with schema, sitemap and Google Business Profile set up properly.
Included, both languages. I write it after one conversation with you, because you know your business and describing it isn't your job.
Same business. Same work. Different website.
BeforeTakes 6 seconds to load. Half your visitors leave before they see anything.
AfterLoads in under a second. They're reading before they think about leaving.
BeforeArabic is Google-translated, with the layout still running left-to-right.
AfterArabic written natively, mirrored properly. It reads like it was written first.
BeforeImpossible to find unless someone already knows your company name.
AfterShows up for what people actually search — your service, your emirate.
BeforeVisitors read, then leave. You never find out they were there.
AfterOne click and a complete enquiry is in your inbox — with everything you need to quote.
BeforeLooks smaller and cheaper than the work you're genuinely capable of.
AfterLooks like the company you already are — so price stops being the first question.
I could show you screenshots of anyone's numbers. Instead: run this URL through Google PageSpeed Insights right now. What you see is what I build.
Most websites are brochures nobody asked for. Yours should close the gap — between how good your work is, and how good a stranger assumes it is.
You get a dated schedule before anything starts. Five stages, one person, no hand-offs.
45 minutes, a call or a long email — whichever suits you. What you sell, who pays the most, what your best clients had to believe before they signed. I take notes; you don't prepare anything.
Day 1I write every word, English and Arabic, and map the pages. You approve the words before anyone designs anything — that's where projects usually go wrong.
Days 2–4You see real screens, not a mood board. One round of changes is built into the schedule, not charged as an extra.
Days 5–8Hand-coded, no page builder. Tested on real phones, both languages, both reading directions, and on mobile data — not just office wifi.
Days 9–12Live on your domain, in your accounts, in your name. Analytics and Google set up. Then 30 days where you send me anything that needs changing.
Days 13–14One fixed price for a standard business website. Anything beyond that, you get a written offer before you commit — never a surprise halfway through.
A complete business website that finally matches the quality of your work. One price, fixed in writing before I start.
That is the whole price for a standard business website. It does not move.
Start my websiteWhen a standard website is not the job. A shop, a booking system, a client portal, a catalogue, something nobody else has.
Tell me what it has to do. You get a fixed written price and a dated schedule before any work starts.
Ask for an offerFor after launch, or for businesses that keep shipping. Priced against what you actually need, not a package you half use.
Tell me what needs looking after and I will send a monthly figure. Most businesses spend less here than they expect.
Ask for an offerPrices in AED, excluding VAT. Domain and hosting are roughly AED 400–900 a year, paid directly by you to the provider — I don't mark that up. Outside the UAE, quoted in USD or EUR.
I'm Riyad Hossam. I work from Casablanca, mostly for businesses in the UAE, and I design and build the site myself — there is no team behind me to hand your project to.
I work with owner-run businesses in the UAE: the fit-out firm whose finishes are better than anyone's and whose website is one page from 2017. The trading company doing eight figures through a Gmail address. The clinic whose Arabic page is embarrassing. Good businesses, badly represented online.
I'm not going to tell you I'm the best in the world — you'd discount that in a second, and you'd be right to. What I'll tell you is what I'm accountable for: the price doesn't move, the date doesn't move, the Arabic is written properly, and you can email me directly and get an answer the same day, while it's being built and after it's live.
Small operation, on purpose, and remote by design. Arabic is my first language and English is how I've worked for years, so nothing gets lost in either direction. I keep UAE hours, I take a few projects at a time, and if I'm not the right fit for what you need, I'll tell you in the first conversation and point you at someone who is.
The last agency probably made you nervous. These are the terms, before you send a single dirham.
Agreed in writing after the first conversation. It does not move, and "that's out of scope" does not appear halfway through.
Domain, hosting, code, analytics, Google accounts — registered in your name, not mine. You can walk away with all of it at any point.
40% to start, 60% when you've seen the finished site and you're happy with it. Never the full amount up front.
If your budget, timeline or problem isn't something I can genuinely solve, I say so in the first conversation and point you somewhere better. It happens.
Fourteen days from kickoff to live for an Essential build, assuming you reply to two review points within a day or so. Growth builds with e-commerce or booking run three to five weeks. You get dated stages before we start, and if I'm the one who slips, I tell you the same day rather than going quiet.
No catch — you're just not paying for an office in Media City, an account manager, a project manager and a sales commission stacked on top of the person who actually builds the thing. You're paying one person, working remotely, who does the work himself. The real trade-offs are honest ones: I can only take a few projects at a time, I can't visit your office, and 3,999 covers a standard business website rather than a custom system. Anything beyond that I price before you commit, never after.
Most people I speak to have been. That's why the four written terms above exist: fixed price, everything in your name, 40/60 payment, and an honest no if it isn't a fit. Start with the free review instead — one email, and you'll see how I think and what I'd change before any money is discussed.
Yes — Arabic is my first language, so it's written rather than translated: the formal register UAE companies use in writing, correct typography, and the whole layout mirrored so it reads naturally right-to-left. If you already have an Arabic voice you use in print, I match it. Machine-translated Arabic is one of the fastest ways to lose a local client, and it's very obvious to anyone who reads it.
One 45-minute conversation, whatever photos or brand files you already have, and a reply at two review points. If you have no photos, I'll tell you exactly what to shoot on a phone, or arrange a shoot. You do not need to write anything — the copy is my job.
On Growth and Ongoing, yes — you get a simple dashboard and a short training session, recorded so new staff can watch it later. On Essential, you send me changes for 30 days and I make them; after that, small edits are a flat hourly rate with no minimum.
You do, all of it, registered in your name from the start. I'll never hold your domain hostage — which, unfortunately, is a question people ask because it has happened to them. You can move the whole thing to another developer whenever you want and I'll help hand it over.
Sometimes, and I'll say so honestly in the free review. If the foundation is sound, fixing speed, Arabic and enquiry flow costs a fraction of a rebuild. If it's built on something that can't be made fast, I'll show you why rather than quietly charging you to polish it.
I'm based in Casablanca and I work UAE hours — my morning is your midday, so you get answers during your working day, not overnight. Most of my clients are in the UAE, alongside work across Saudi, Qatar, Oman, Europe and North America. In practice a website project is emails, files and calls whichever city I'm sitting in; the honest trade-off is that I can't drop by your office, and if meeting face to face is essential to you, hire someone local — I'd rather say that now than after you've paid a deposit.
Email your website and what you sell. You'll get a 3-minute video back within 24 hours, and a fixed price if you want one. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so — that costs you nothing either.
